Five  remaining full-blooded, registered Wagyu steer are still available for purchase for the holidays!  Steaks and burgers are USDA-certified, vacuum-sealed: already cut and ready for pickup!  Available to purchase as full or half steer.  Free delivery within one hour of Houston.

This is not your local grocery store Wagyu, which is normally F1 (only half Wagyu) or F2 (only 1/4 Wagyu).  This is the melt-in-your mouth steak that you can only get at the finest restaurants.  Weights listed below are hanging weights, by pound.  Final yield is normally 65%.
